01. Covenant of Solitude
Welcome to LEVELIAN, a solo-focused productivity forge. By initializing your local database, you agree to these Terms of Valor. This is a local-first application; your progress is your own, and your threshold is your device.
Membership is reserved for sentient beings over the age of 13. Your data resides within your local storage, and you are the sole steward of your digital legacy.
02. The Personal Arsenal
The Arsenal—comprising your Quest Log, Chronos Timer, and the Vault—is provided for personal growth and singular focus. While we grant you a license to utilize these tools, they are designed for individual mastery.
03. Rite of Personal Conduct
LEVELIAN is a sanctuary for focused work. There are no social channels, no parties, and no global arenas. Your conduct is a private matter of self-discipline.
We provide no mechanisms for interaction with other users; as such, you are responsible for maintaining the epic sanctity of your own workspace without external interference.
04. Local Spoils
All Quest data, Chronos logs, and Vault entries are stored locally on your device. These 'Intellectual Spoils' are yours to guard. LEVELIAN does not sync this data to a central cloud, ensuring your privacy remains absolute.
You are responsible for your own backups. If you delete your local cache, your spoils return to the void.
05. Severance
We reserve the right to cease updates to the local engine. Upon severance of your local installation, all digital assets and recorded lore residing on your device remain under your control, but further support from the architects will end.
